Just keep swimming - swimming, swimming.

I was contemplating today, as I often do, about life and reflecting how everything is obvious.

We are often so busy rushing from one thing to the next without giving ourselves time to just stop, reflect, be aware and reset. This is powerful.

When we stop and be aware, we give ourselves an opportunity to see what is obvious. Our inner world is reflected in our outer world. Our higher selves are always showing us the way and presenting signs, but we seldom stop and ‘smell the roses’ so to speak.

As my mind often does, it jumped to a character, Dory out of Nemo (children’s movie). She often says, ‘Just keep swimming’.

When you think about this. What Dory says is obvious. Fish just keep swimming. It’s obvious.

The only thing that may change is their direction and pace. Whether they are mating or sleeping their energy is always still in motion, swimming.

Then I started thinking about humans. What is obvious is we are beings. It is what we do. Our energy is also constantly in motion.

The textbook definition of being is a person or thing that exists.

Then when you think about what existing is, it is the state of being real, or of being known or recognised.

The only way to truly ‘be’ is to know the truth of who we are.

The initiate often seeks the truth for themselves - who they truly are, their purpose, their attributes, their character etc.

I ask you. Who are you? Really?

How do you know who you really truly are?

Self-awareness is the key. To know yourself, is to know your kingdom.

You have a superpower at your beckoned call - your intuition.

When applied you can unlock infinite knowledge, awareness and guidance.

Like Dory who ‘just keeps swimming’ - just keep being and existing and really know yourself.

There is only one of You. So be it, live it, love it.
